Incentive programs are a recruiting tool. The photos from this year’s trip are what sells next year’s contest, so they need to show the reward: the place, the people and the moment the winners were recognized.
Tom has photographed programs in Nevis, Sardinia, Rome, Paris, Bordeaux, Cannes, Le Mans, Hawaii, the Bahamas, Grand Cayman, Cancun, Cabo and Napa. Destination programs run at a relaxed resort pace, and BTP prices travel the same way as local work, plus travel days, per diem, hotel and transportation.

Las Vegas is one of the biggest incentive destinations in the country, and BTP is based here. Pool buyouts, private dinners, arena suites and Strip-view receptions can all be covered without travel costs for local programs.
